Founder’s Story
Joan Lee Tu, EdD, MA Ling, BComm
Most organizations solve education, careers, or care separately. Myrimaven builds the missing infrastructure that helps people move from learning to meaningful work and better care.
I combine learning science, medical knowledge, workforce development, systems thinking, technology, and business strategy to help leaders understand complex challenges and move from ideas to implementation. To strengthen human capability and long-term performance, I design, build, and leverage educational assets and systems.
My background is based in research, patient and public involvement, diverse perspectives, and real-world organizational context. Rather than treating education, career development, and workforce performance as separate problems, I look at the system connecting them: what people need to learn, how we develop capability, where it is used, and how it ultimately affects the people we serve.
With a multidisciplinary background in business, linguistics, and doctoral research in curriculum and learning sciences, I work across healthcare, higher education, workforce development, and regulated industries. My focus is on strengthening people, performance, and organizational capacity for humankind.
To close the education-to-career-to-care gap by connecting learning, human capability, workforce needs, and the systems that shape health and wellbeing. We help leaders turn complexity into practical strategies and educational solutions that enable people and organizations to adapt, perform, and create meaningful change.
